The CloseBy system affords many options to choose from including a network for monitoring, motion and occupancy sensors, door and cabinet sensors, temperature sensors and more. The system is flexible and completely modular so it can grow and change as needs change. Since the CloseBy system is based on a Control4 platform, all other Control4 capabilities are available as desired.

The cost for a basic CloseBy system and installation is between $4,000 and $4,500 depending on equipment and environment. Other Control4 component costs are based on equipment requested. There is a monthly or annual charge for monitoring.
